The Process

Reserve Date

Please email me with the package you’d like to book and a few dates that work for you. Be sure to include multiple options, as dates do fill up quickly.

Once I receive your preferences, I’ll send you a booking link via email. This link will allow you to complete the booking form, which includes your standard contract and release, along with a 20% deposit to secure your session date.

After everything is submitted, I’ll mark your date on our schedule and send over a session guide to help you prepare. From there, we’ll begin the planning process to ensure every detail of your shoot is perfect!

Planning Process

This is where we can brainstorm and bring your vision to life! We’ll go over locations, outfits, and props to make sure everything aligns with the vibe you're going for. We can discuss all of this via email, phone, video or even in person at the studio —whatever is most comfortable for you!

Session Day

Don’t worry if you're unsure of what to do—I’ll guide you every step of the way! Most people naturally just look at the camera and smile, but we’ll mix things up by dancing, chatting, walking, acting, and laughing. You’ll be so caught up in having fun that you’ll forget you’re even being photographed!

We’ll also schedule your session to end right at sunset to capture those stunning, colorful images you’ll love.

Sneak Peeks & Proofing Gallery

I’ll send you a few sneak peeks within 48 hours after your session via Facebook and Instagram, so you get a glimpse of what’s to come! All your images will be ready within three weeks through an online proofing gallery. (Turnaround varies during peak season. October-December) Once you've made your final selections, I’ll hand-edit each image to ensure the highest quality. A new link will be sent to you via email with your edited images and detailed instructions. You’ll also have the option to order prints directly through your gallery!

FAQ

How do I book my session?

Once you submit an inquiry through the Contact page, I’ll be in touch within 48 hours to personally guide you through the details. After we connect via email and curate the perfect package and session date, you’ll receive an exclusive booking link to secure your reservation. A 20% retainer is required to officially hold your date.

When Should I schedule?

Depending on the season you’d like or the vibe you’re going for, I recommend booking at least three months before your yearbook photos are due to ensure availability and ample planning time for your session.

What is the process following my session?

Within 48 hours of your session, you’ll receive a sneak peek of your images. Your full proofing gallery will be delivered via email within 2–3 weeks, featuring softly edited images for you to review and select your favorites. Once your order is placed, each selected image will receive my full, signature retouching before final delivery. Your finished images will then be delivered digitally, ready to download, share, and enjoy.

How does payment work?

A 20% retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. You’re welcome to make smaller payments leading up to your session or simply pay the balance in full on session day. Credit card payments are accepted through invoicing, and Venmo is also available for your convenience.

Why do you limit your images?

I curate a limited number of digital images to ensure every photograph is perfected. Each image is individually edited—often 10–30 minutes per photo—with meticulous attention to detail, including distraction removal and refined retouching. I’m incredibly detail-oriented with my work and believe in delivering only the most polished, elevated images.
